Acupuncture

Acupuncture works with the body’s natural energy systems and holistic patterns, we aim to restore balance and promote lasting wellness. Unlike dry needling, which targets isolated muscle trigger-points, acupuncture is a full-body approach grounded in traditional care and rooted in a broader view of health. With acupuncture, the aim is to influence the body’s overall energy and the pathways through which that energy flows. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these pathways called meridians are understood to connect all of the body’s systems, including the physical, emotional, and neurological. By stimulating specific points along these pathways, acupuncture helps restore balance, improve circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance itself. Acupuncture goes beyond simply addressing your symptoms.

Massage

This session is designed for those seeking meaningful relief and structural change. Your treatment blends deep tissue and myofascial techniques with targeted trigger point work and slow, intentional pressure to release tension held deep within the muscles and fascia. Assisted stretching along with these modalities helps improve mobility and unwind long-standing postural patterns.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience, your practitioner brings an athletic and grounded approach aided by her background in traditional chinese medicine, sports conditioning, Thai massage principles, orthopedic assessment, and functional movement awareness. Each session is tailored to what your body needs most — whether that’s restoring range of motion, supporting injury recovery, or dissolving chronic tension.

Advanced manual therapies such as stretching, cupping, gua sha, trigger point therapy, and dry needling are incorporated as needed to improve circulation, break up adhesions, and encourage healthier tissue function. The work can be deep but always mindful, allowing the body to release held stress without force or strain.
(Add-ons are included in 90 minute and 2 hour price)

This is bodywork for those who want to feel a difference: more mobility, less restriction, smoother movement, easier breath, and a lasting sense of structural relief.
